Overview
Our Returns & Exchanges policy ensures a smooth process for customers. To return or exchange goods, you must first provide the invoice number and date and obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number). Items must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition, including packaging. After inspection, credit or exchange will be issued based on the original invoice price, less applicable restocking fees. Please note: shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable.
Returns
If you wish to return goods for credit, FIRST provide us with the invoice number and date. Goods must be current, complete, unused, undamaged, in new physical condition and appearance (including packaging), and suitable for reshipment with no additional reconditioning by us. AFTER an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) is granted, return the goods (return shipping charges to be paid by customer). After inspection, credit will be issued based on the product price on the original invoice, net of cash discounts taken, and less a 15% restocking/bookkeeping charge (waived if shipping error or product defect). No credit issued for shipping charges on original shipment. No refunds on special orders.

Exchanges
You may exchange product for product of equal or greater value. FIRST provide us with the invoice number and date of goods you wish to return. Goods must be current, complete, unused, undamaged, in new physical condition and appearance (including packaging), and suitable for reshipment with no additional reconditioning by us. Also provide us with the purchase order for the replacement product. AFTER an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) is granted, return the goods, freight prepaid. After inspection, credit will be issued based on the product price on the original invoice, net of cash discount taken, and less a 5% restocking/bookkeeping charge. No credit issued for shipping charges on original shipment. No exchanges on special orders
